Format změnového souboru pro Packages

Nazdar,

posílám ukázku toho, jak by měl vypadat změnový soubor pro překlad
Packages. Pokud má někdo připomínky, tak se ozvěte.

Jednotlivé verze balíků jsou komentovány různými znaky, aby bylo
jednodušší je smazat.
