I am trying to I have a Realtek 8139-series PCI Network Interface Card and I have many problems configuring this card. I have tried adding 'alias eth0 rtl8139' and 'options options=0x40 64' to /etc/conf.modules. I have tried omitting 64 from 'options options=0x40 64' and it wouldnt work . The directions say to omit the 64 but when I leave it and run modprobe modprobe reports no problem. When I omit the 64 it reports a problem. The directions suggests I download rtl8139-diag.c and run diagnostics on it. I cant mount the floppy drive. It says it isn't in /etc/fstab..how do I mount the floppy ? I appreciate any help Thanks
