U některých odchozích mailů upstream rejected relay

Dobrý den,

mám záhadný problém. Některé odchozí maily (bez nějakého zjevného 
pravidla) jsou odmítnuty upstream SMTP smart_relay serverem 
s chybou 554. Tohle je příklad z /var/log/exim/mainlog u zprávy, 
která dopadla špatně:

Můžete mi někdo vysvětlit v čem je rozdíl? Popř. jaké další údaje 
mám dodat (je to standardní exim z woodyho připojován občas 
pomocí ppp). Snad ještě několik kousků z /etc/exim/exim.conf (na 
vyžádání pošlu celý):
