wget prints character codes instead of localized glyphs within Czech
UTF-8 locale (cs_CZ.UTF-8). Example:
$ wget http://www.ceb.cz/index.html
--08:16:20-- http://www.ceb.cz/index.html
=> `index.html.1'
Resolving www.ceb.cz... 193.85.254.45
Connecting to www.ceb.cz[193.85.254.45]:80... connected.
HTTP po\305\276adavek odesl\303\241n, program \304\215ek\303\241 na
odpov\304\233\304\217...
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ etc.
Elsewhere in wget Czech text is fine, just here I'm getting codes
instead of Czech glyphs (also see attached UTF-8 console scrap).
