pokud ti dpkg zahlásilo chybu při reinstalaci balíčku openswan protože
neexistuje soubor /etc/init.d/ipsec, tak podle mě nejjednoduší řešení je
ten soubor vytvořit, tj.

touch /etc/init.d/ipsec 

a pak ten balíček reinstalovat.

Pokud by to nepomohlo, tak si stáhni balíček a pak si z toho balíčku,
např. pomocí mc, ten init script vydoluj a zkopíruj ho ručně
do /etc/init.d.
