No neuvedl jste zásadní informaci o tom, jak máte ty
písničky uložené, anebo se jedná o nějaký stream?

Pokud to máte normálně v mp3, tak na to je např program
mp3gain v debianím balíku mp3gain.

       change  because the program adjusts the mp3 file directly, without
       decoding and re-encoding. Also, this works with all mp3 players, i.e.
       no support for a special tag or something similar is required.
